spent the weekend in the chicago area constantly eating out. I can live with that considering the 227 bullshite from last week.

Cheated yesterday. BBQ sammich for lunch and IHOP chorizo omelet with a short stack for dinner.

Gained 3 lbs, but hopefully most of it is very temporary. Still had an overall loss for the week, so not too disappointed.

First post in here. Down 8 pounds since I started. Most likely water weight. Haven't been going at this too long.

Running intervals and dynamic strength excercises.

Currently 219. Ultimate goal, way down the line, 180 lean muscle.

Somewhat short term goal, 200

The stationary bike comes in Friday! But for now just trying to get back the diet that doesn't consist of fast food...

Not 100% sure how, but I am down to 177.7!

I ate like shite this weekend and it wasnt that great on Monday. The only thing I can say I am doing is taking c4 HD pills. I guess those are supplementing my workouts and keeping the fat off.

No I have never done an actual program.

My splits:

Day 1: Chest and tris. I do 4 exercises of chest, 3 sets each. Then usually 3 exercises of tris with 3 sets each. If I do dips for chest and feel my tris are worn I may only to 2 exercises.

Day 2: Back and Bi. Similar to above but always push out 3 exercises of biceps.

Day 3: shoulders and traps. 4 shoulder exercises at 3 sets then shrugs and something else for rear delt/trap.

Day 4: Legs

repeat.

I did for a while. Eating at a deficit and lifting in a strength program like that will only take you so far. I enjoyed the program and really started to enjoy squats but yeah...I hit a plateau like running in to a brick wall and realized that I wasn't ready for the calorie intake needed to make real gains.

doing p90x3 now though, it's good times.

I think it was 225.6 before my workout this morning @ 5:30ish. I think I'll stick with the after workout weigh-in number

My daughter was in the hospital last week with Bronchitis so I ate like crap and didn't work out. (She is fine now)
I somehow managed not to gain weight.
Back on the grind today
