A week and some into my break. Keeping things relatively well despite not counting any macros and not focusing much on what I'm taking in. Kind of can't wait for next Monday to start back up.

Kicking the diet and exercise back into gear this week, and might do a little abstaining from booze for a couple of weeks, but we'll play that one by ear.

Haha. Once you get at it, it isn't that bad. I went 4 weeks and now that I can actually drink again, I don't have much urge to. Probably going 6-8 weeks here soon.

In my case it means:
too fat/fat/2.5 less than should be, (i.e. 147.5)
