Lost 3 lbs last night due to an involuntary colon cleanse. Today is gonna suck. I feel terrible.

Have been working out doing some p90x workouts a few times a week. Joined a gym to hopefully motivate me to go workout more often

Today marked the end of my 4 weeks cut. I have to admit, it was a success for only 4 quick weeks. Only 2.5 of which were me actually eating and lifting properly. I'll be breaking from macro counting for a little over 2 weeks then probably back on the horse for a 6-8 week program.
