How much working out are you planning on doing?

If just walking, maybe some low intensity lifting, then a men's one-a-day will do you just fine. If you plan on exercising a lot, I'd go with Opti-men, GNC's Mega Men, or Orange Triad. Personally I use Orange Triad.

I probably need a vitamin instead of a BCAA, L-Glutamine, Flaxseed Oil

Most protein powders now will include all your BCAA's. But it isn't a bad thing to take right after workout if you are doing Keto.

Yeah jim Stoppani recommends 40g protein and 5g BCAAs post-workout if you're doing low carb. I don't 40g, too many carbs in protein powder for that.

Alright, tonight's workout went smoothly. Felt normal. I guess I just needed to give myself a little more time to adjust.

Eta

As soon as I posted this I did my last exercise, Deadlifts, and burnt out. So I guess I lasted just long enough

Dude the last set of deadlifts had me ready to pass out.. I was burnt out. There's no good reason to push any further, I'd just wind up hurting myself.

No results this week- I'm officially getting frustrated. I'm sure that I'm building some muscle doing Insanity, but I was 196.5 Sunday morning, 198.0 Monday morning, 197.5 Tuesday morning, 197.0 Wednesday and Thursday morning. I've been stuck in the 196-198 range since I started Insanity Monday after the Super Bowl. I've been eating pretty well through all of this, too. Well within my points allotment for Weight Watchers.

I'm not giving up, just venting a little.

I went through something similar with my Nutrisystem program. Whenever I'd start working out I'd either completely stop losing weight or gain some. I bitched, a lot, around here I contacted the Nutrisystem people and they basically told me that I needed to eat an extra Protein on the days I was working out.

You say you're "well within my points allotment" which makes it sound like you're still not eating enough. If you have spare points, you probably need to eat more, and even then that point total may not be taking in to account strenuous exercise. Just something to consider...

Yeah I have considered that as well- With the weather so cold, I've been eating alot of soups, which makes it a little harder to factor in points (I know what's in the whole pot, but I can't quantify what's in my bowl with exact accuracy). I get 42 points per day, which ends up being a lot of food. I don't want to eat when I'm not hungry or later in the evening, but I gotta spend these points somehow, and if I factor in my workouts, I'm pushing 50 points per day. I've been eating almonds every morning for a mid-morning snack, but I don't feel like I need to add in a full meal at breakfast (usually just a granola or Nutrigrain Bar before my workout), but maybe I need more food first thing in the morning.

I've been doing well this week. Brought my healthy breakfast and lunch every day this week. Also, cooked a balanced dinner and only snacked on apples.

Fri-Sun will prove much more difficult(V-day and B-day). Need to sustain these good weekday eating habits and positive results will follow.

I think it has alot to do with Weight Watchers and your diet. As was said Nutrisystem and Weight Watchers wasn't designed around people doing workouts like insanity or really busting arse in the gym. Once you put your body through something like that you need to properly supply it with the correct amount of carbs, good fats, and especially proteins.
Hell I had to go from 1500 cals to 1800+ cals/ day to shed more fat and weight.
I would almost suggest dropping weight watchers and just downloading My Fitness Pal. Enter in all the information and log all your food. Although it may not be 100% accurate on what you should eat, it's pretty damn close and a good tool to use.

Im falling in love with keto again, like I did when I first started. And not just because of the results, but I really enjoy the foods I eat.
