I have plenty still in my fridge, will be hard with Santa Fe, Ghost of Machine, and Terrapin hitting shelves in next 2 weeks.

186/173.2/168?

My beer fridge(s) is very healthy. So is the floor next to my beer fridge(s).
However starting March 5 or 6 I'm trying out the Advocare 24 day challenge. A friend of mine wants me to do it with her. Figure I already drop money on other supplements, why not try and change it up for a bit. Plus I'll go no drinking for 24 days. Last time I did that was when I cut down to like 9% body fat so I'm kind of excited to see what happens.
Has anyone done it before? I know it works for chicks for sure. And I've seen some male results that are pretty impressive. Honestly, if I cut out ALL carbs, don't drink for 24 days, and just do what I'm doing now, I'm sure I'll have the same results. The only thing is being able to maintain that.

Good luck.

Solid post Mardi Gras purge.

Thinking about doing something similar. May make for a somber St. Pattys.

I never do much for Mardi Gras nor St. Patty's day anyway, nbd to me. Some of my friends moved to New Orleans though, so I'm sure I'll be tempted to go party.

Yes you do, but hopefully it'll be once I've hit my goal and start maintenance mode

For the first time this morning, I woke up not sore, so Insanity! is starting to do its thing.

It's a hell of a workout, I definitely think I can stick to it, and I'm doing it with a friend, so there's that accountability.

2 more pounds down. Its going to be depressing when the loss slows down. Finished day two of C25K, considering Ive never finished day one before Im pretty stoked.

Don't let it be. Focus on and celebrate the progress you make, not on the end result you desire.

I've been hungry for 40 days. I'm eating a goddamn cheeseburger today. In return, I will start up with the treadmill tonight.

I'm looking for a new scale. Mine is starting to be very temperamental. Any recommendations? It doesn't have to be a $20 Wal-Mart special, but I don't want to spend $100 either. TIA.

this is the one I picked up recently when my scale started fricking up.

Scale

anything that has 10,000+ reviews and averages a 4 star + is good enough for me
