I've never had a problem drinking water. But I cut out caffeine drinks back in High school. Over the last few years though I know I wouldn't consume enough during the day. Once I started trying to hit a gallon/ day I felt better and noticed I even looked better. Plus it kept me hydrated during intense workouts or long runs.

I just got on the water band wagon a few weeks ago and it helped a lot. I try to drink about 65-75 oz a day. Water actually curves my appetite as well. Most times when you think your hungry, you might actually be dehydrated. Also I try to drink around 16oz before a meal to fill me up.

School Weekday routine.
Have a 23oz water down before 10-noon.
Then another 23 oz by 3pm.
Then another by the end of my last class at 5.
When I get home I do some jump rope for about 10 minutes and I've sweated out a good bit.

Workday routine.
I have a 34 oz thermos at work that I keep Ice water in. I sip on that in the morning and have 1-2 cups of coffee. Coffee is a diarrhetic so it flushes the water out of me pretty quick. The I refill my thermos and by the end of the day I got in at least 60-70oz just at work. Also make it a point to get some sips from the fountain when I take bathroom breaks.

I'd stay away from sodas bc those actually help you retain water weight. Only other exception I make is a glass of milk and that's very few and far between.

water, water and more water. I use it to make coffee for the 3 or 4 cups in the morning. Plain water during the day and at lunch. Then it is an essential ingredient in my nightly scotch>3 regimen. I even shower with it.

The increased water intake definitely seems to be helping. I didn't do so well with my water in take yesterday, but that's okay as I can get that corrected today. Today's weight is the lightest I've been. I think at one point I hit 261.9 and then proceeded to bounce up to 263 and then up and down from there between 263 and 265. I full expect in the next 4-5 days to be in the 250's.

Bad weekend. I'm going to fix this and buckle down. Sick of disappointing myself and not losing weight.

Quit the drinking. It'll help. Go dry until vacation in San Fran.

seriously? I got off of sodas years ago and have been drinking at least a gallon of water a day since then. I can never get enough.

I've never been a big time water drinker. I'm trying to get into it again but a gallon is just so much

I'm on my 5th bottle of water today. I pretty much have to force myself to chug 1/4 of the bottle at a time otherwise 1 bottle would last me the whole day. It feels like I'm waterboarding myself trying to make sure I drink enough at this point in time.

first thing I do out of bed is down a huge glass of ice cold water, sans ice. great start to the day. then it's on to coffee for an hour (2-3 cups) then 4 or 5 jars (I use the 32 oz. Ball glass jars) then a cup of coffee around 4 then another jar of water before I head home then either beer or wine at home if I'm drinking. if not: more water. usually down another glass of ice cold water, sans ice, right before bed.

First day back on low carb down. It's so natural to me now after doing it for so long that it feels normal. Got through a gallon of water, and ran for 2 miles in the morning as well. This morning I got some sprints and a 1.5 mile walk in. Another gallon of water will go down today. Soon, ketosis will kick in and I should drop weight like a rock.

Just quit boozing and fricking up on the weekend. I used to undo most of the week's progress every weekend. I quit drinking and lose weight on the weekends because I'm not getting buzzed and eating the shite that goes along with it. And I burn a lot more calories on the weekend than even my workout days.

Feels good to drop a pound from Friday to Monday than to pack 4-5 back on.

I know that's the underlying issue but I think it'll help me if I just completely take away the option of drinking beer and all that. Keto has always been what I'm most successful with so I'll go back to it. One thing I've learned is that I'm sensitive to carbs. It doesn't take much to stall me out even with exercise. Boozing especially so..
