That's why I asked her to elaborate.

It has added oils and sugars. Does pb really need added oil?

People think they are making a healthy choice when they choose something that says "natural", but the term is not regulated.

If you don't mind added oils and sugars though, carry on.

Will do.

Just about everybody here, especially Hulk, is very capable of reading labels and is keenly aware of what they are eating.

I'm more concerned with the nutritional profile. I actually prefer the jif 'natural' to normal jif anyway. I have tried peanut butter from the machine at Whole Foods, and I don't like it at all. I like my peanut butter to have a little sweetness

I like Whole Food's 355 PB the best. Not from the machine.

I'm doing day 2 on Paleo. Huge headache. Coconut milk sucks. that is all.

I'm really trying to like it. I can't do black coffee, so I thought I could put it in that. Drank a couple of sips- don't like. Then tried it in a smoothie- not a fan.

I'll prob stay putting milk in my coffee. It's only like 2 tbsp/day anyway

I used to have the same problem...I wasn't a big coffee drinker at all, but I always drink a cup or two in the morning at work to help get me going. I used to dump sugar and creamer all in my coffee.

Last Christmas I was in World Market and found an Italian coffee there to buy as a secret santa present for someone at work, she told me it was really good and I ended up getting some for myself. Was the first coffee I could drink black, and I actually enjoyed it like that. Ever since then I've drank everything else black too, I guess you just kind of get used to it, even with shite coffee like what we have here at work.

Coconut milk is just nasty. Any particular reason you are trying to choke it down? Unsweetened almond milk is my go to for coffee. I drink hot coffee black but make an iced latte with Cool Brew and almond milk.

Yea, legit coffee is good black. I just grew up on coffee milk, so I'm weaning down from my 50/50 ratio.

I'm not too worried about it though. If that's my once vice then so be it.

1.4 pounds to go for the 50 pound mark...which will be roughly half way to my goal. In one sense it sucks arse knowing I still have *at least* 50 more pounds to lose, but at the same time I feel like the time between May 1 and now has pretty much flown by and another 4-5 months of this shouldn't be that bad. Still not really sick of the food, or the way I'm eating, so that's a definite bonus in helping to stay on the path.

It's almost time to do a little shopping for some new work clothes...some of the shite I'm wearing looks beyond ridiculous with how baggy/loose everything fits.
