12 days. What I meant was 200 grams of protein is 800 calories. You are going to get a little bit of fat and carbs from your protein sources as well upping your calories further. Another 100 calories from your fish oils. Plus the calories from your vegetables. Im getting at least 900 calories in just from protein sources. Im not counting my fish oils and vegetable calories in my totals.

Eat tuna and skip the fish oils.

Fish oils are part of the diet.

I just buy the originals. Didn't know they had others

The all natural line doesn't use artifical sweeteners but still has sugar alcohols which I don't know much about.

Supplement Question:
What all do you take?
Currently I'm doing a CLA, BCAA, L-Glutamine, Fish Oil then you have my Whey Protein after a work out, and Beast Creature Creatine Pre/Post work out

Its been a while since I've posted ib this thread. Haven't fallen off the wagon, just holding steady. Time to start moving on down with marathon training.

This chest cold has kept me from doing any serious working out.. if I start breathing too hard I cough like I have a collapsed lung or tuberculosis or something. I've never cough so much that my muscles are sore.. but it sucks

For some reason I decided to weigh 2 days in a row. Normally I'm a 2 timer per week type of guy. Scale was down 1.5 pounds from yesterdays weigh in. I'll take it, but I'm scared to see the adjustment in the next couple of days

Honestly weighing every day just seems a bit obsessive to me. And as much as I want my numbers to drop on the scale, I don't want to be so worried about it that I'm checking it every day. I already feel like I let that number irritate me too much as it is, the last thing I need is to fight with myself, mentally, over the ups and downs of daily weigh ins.
