I really don't think you should stress about getting 200 grams. You aren't going to just start catabolizing.

At 800 cals it was very tough for 200 g of protein. I was always at least getting 175 at that level. I don't see it possible unless you only eat canned tuna and that's it.

Yeah. Protein is 4 calories a gram and even the leanest sources have some fat. Plus you factor in calories from vegetables and your fish oil pills and you are going to be around 1000 calories.

Going by my weight when I started back exercising rather than my weight from 2 years ago when I was just fat.
Had a goal of 200 by end of this month but that won't happen but my goal of 195 and size 32 jeans by November 20th is still in reach

Keep it going tdeucen. What size waist are you right now? And how many sizes have you dropped so far??

I'll tell you one thing. I went from about a 35 to a 32. And unfortunately I didn't own anymore 32's.... Although rewarding, it isn't cheap losing pant sizes

Forgot to weigh this morning.. I gotta get my morning routine down since I'm in a new apartment But I lifted last night and woke up this morning and went for a walk. I've got a chest cold so even walking made me cough like I have tuberculosis

Went from a 44-46 to now a 34-36 depending on where I get my pants. Like my American eagle jeans are a 34 but my dress pants/slacks for work are a 36.

I bought some 32 when I dropped to 190 because I could fit in them, now they hang in my closet and I look at them every day.

Hovering even though I ate "ok" yesterday
I'm wondering if it would be beneficial to move up to 1900 calories 200g protein a day for a couple weeks

Well I'm not trying to really lose weight (even though I know I will with my goal) but trying to tone up a bit and lose the gut to fit back into my 32 pants..... If I could do it at my current weight I would

I'm actually bulking up upper body right now and adding definition to chest/arms

So you want to lose the gut and fit into 32s but not lose weight? Good luck with that!

I'm up a lb from yesterday but down 9 in three weeks. I'm also trying to decide if I should eat a little more. Workouts are getting tough.

It's possible, not like I'm severely over weight. I mean hell I fit into a 34 jean now and a 32 is my goal. As I start to add on mass/definition I would lose the gut while weight stays pretty much the same. I expect to end up lower than what I am now obviously since I'm running 2-4 miles a day while lifting.

Oh I know it's possible....just tough. Adding muscle while losing fat is not as easy or typical as most think. You know what you are doing though and seem to have everything in order.
