I have gained 0.1 pounds for the last three days. I guess things could be worse.

Say a prayer. It appears Bench is in the midst of a multi-day donut bender. He hasn't been around for several days. Keep an eye out for him around Dunkin Donuts.

So my power is out here in The Chuck after the storm. Entergy sucks and says it will be restored by 9 am. Guess I should eat the Blue Bell before it melts

Speaking of donuts. It is national donuts days! And I am off to buy the office donuts! Doesn't bode well for me today. Willpower is at 0!

Haha it happens as you well know

Just gotta go for the 80/20 lifestyle IMO to keep it going. If you get on a good streak don't break it unless you need to, but if you have the urge, have it and move the F on

You aren't gaining weight. That's a normal fluctuation.

You are correct about that. I've busted my arse all week doing crossfit and thought it would move some in the other direction. Ill see what happens tomorrow with 6-8 mile run and 800 meter swim.

I've been doing CF for 2 weeks now 4 days a week. I originally lost 4lbs the first week and gained 2 back the 2nd one. Really weird.

Ive been eating clean except 1 or 2 cheat days and have been going hard for the workouts. So I feel your pain. I think the fat is leaving but muscle is coming, which is why it's not showing on the scale

Yeah, probably so. You'll definitely put on some muscle with crossfit.

No way you aren't losing weight with that. Just muscle replacing fat along with muscle damage requiring excess water to repair.

I would say its more water retention than muscle gain.

Got 7.5 mile run in, swam half a mile, and cut the grass. Time to cook and watch the Tigers.
