Believe it or not, Weight Watchers.

Started in August of 2011. Holding my 8 month old son and looking at pictures from our beach trip, I said, well...it's time to get it off and keep it off and I don't care if it takes me 2 years
.
I had lost 10-30 here and there and would put it back on, but something clicked this time. Total lifestyle change. Learned healthier habits, smaller portions, learned what I was putting my body. And added just a simple 30 min workout routine to my mornings 5 days a week. Either elliptical or jog.

Yeah I look a little different
It's awesome. I went from 44 waist and XXL or XXXL shirts to now I am in size 34 jeans and they are baggy, probably about 32 waist now, and I buy all large shirts. Some dryfit tshirts are a little snug but I even bought a medium in a fishing shirt. It's opened up a whole new world for shopping

Whoa, I remember when you started. Good shite man.

As for me, I'm watching what I'm eating and logging it into MFP, but I'm still putting on weight for some reason. I guess I need to try turning down the calorie limit. If that doesn't work I'll have to go back to no carbs.. but I'm super broke right now and carbs are cheap.

Keep it up hulk. Yeah carbs are cheap, sucks buying so much fruit and veggies. Drives up my grocery bill for sure.

Got a slow 4 in as well. Rest and a little carb loading meal tomorrow night for Saturday's fat boy 5k. Goal is to cone in below 23:30. I'ma little worried I wont make it based on the latest data from runs.
The big thing is that I will finish this race. Before Boston the only race I ran was the LA half. I was half a mile from finishing Boston. I'm looking very forward to crossing a finish line.
