I know how you feel. I ran 6 miles at 5:30 yesterday and by the end I felt like I ran 20. I'm going to wait till 7 today to get a few miles in.

I only ran 2. Well, I didn't run the entire time. But I was completely spent by the time I got back to my apartment.

There are several facebook pages that post recipes. Juicing vegetables is a good one.

Damn Phantom Weight Gain!

I had a feeling yesterdays number was a bit of dehydration.

Oh look Jack Donaghy follows the Bench Diet.

Phantom gain has me grumpy which is not good when it is Free Lunch Wednesday.

Low carb is the only thing that works for me. Once I start eating carbs, I become a raving lunatic of hunger.

Hulk, they have a couch to 5k version of the app as well. I got both when they were on sale. The only thing I dislike about the c25k version is that you can't just pick any mission. So I ended up having to start week one over several times because I lost the app data when my phone was acting up. So it can be a bit annoying going through those beginning weeks if you're already in good enough shape to be later in the program.

Well, I weighed this morning. 302/288/245

I'm going on a week long trip to NYC in just a little less than a month. I'd really like to stay good until then.

I've been on Michael Moseley's 5and2 Fast Diet for 2 months now. I supplement that with my daily Scotch>3 diet. I guess that is my "juice" diet.
I did low carb for a while to get to my goal and have been fighting with maintenance ever since. Fasting twice a week on Monday and Friday is the easiest method I've tried.
BTW original goal was 150 then went to 145 just to do it.

eta: welcome back weagle.

I don't follow any diet, I eat/drink what I want. Just learned to control it and about portion sizes. The only thing I've stuck with is no cokes/no fast food.

The main thing I have been able to stick to long term is no sugar drinks. I think I've had about 2 pink lemonades at work and maybe 3 cokes in the last 3 years.

I used to have about a 3 or 4 two liters per week habit for coke. So many worthless calories.

I really don't miss it. Plenty of things I miss but sugary drinks isn't one of them.

I just drink water, crystal lite, ice tea or coffee. Lots of coffee.

If I could cut out alcohol I would probably be fine, as during week I eat fine with plenty of lean meats and grains. Just 1/2 days a week I go over 2k calorie consumption but I run 3/4 days a week as well.

Good 3.1 mile run yesterday afternoon with a 7:58 average pace. The potential is there to PR at Fat Boy 5k this weekend.
