Started taking a fat burner on Monday and was down 3 pds by Wednesday . It has to be a diuretic effect along with me really cutting my sodium intake this week. Anyway, I'm at my lowest weight in well over ten years.

225/194/185. Pretty good weekend, did some stress eating ystdy but low carb and also had a pretty good workout, doing that today as well.

Week 3 of the 5and2, Fast Monday.
I should probably only weigh weekly because of the pendulum swings. If so, I'm down a pound a week. In theory I'll be in the slot by June 1.

I'm sure it's not gone unnoticed that I've been absent from here and prevalent in the FBD threads lately. The big test was stressing me out big time, more than I thought it would. I started stress eating and then drinking at night, but I studied a ton. Passed it this morning. At the end of this week starts my vacation, in which I've been planning to take time off from dieting.. when I get back though, it's time to hit it hard. I only set 2 goals for myself this year, and today I accomplished one of those goals.

2 weeks off before I can run again. Big goals for the running year. 5k goal of 20:00 or less. Half marathon 1:20:00, 26.2 goal of 3:00:00. Lets do this!

Hey guys I am back. It's been a rough start to the year for me, but I have been holding on. Been lifting again a decent amount, but on and off good eating. Trying to regain focus for a stretch run to pool weather

Welcome back ehidall. It was a rough start for me as well but get back at it
Lsucm take it slow and let things heal up. It takes time, I tried to push my groin injury too soon and it really set me back
