I seem to remember you saying this guy wasn't very big either. How the crap do you drop 8 pounds in one week. Dude he was trying to psyche you out last week. He probably added on some water weight to make you think you had this in the bag and then went on a crazy crash diet this week. You know, or the body just works mysteriously sometimes.

Either way...

CONGRATS MAN!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still getting the hang of cooking healthier. My wife just got us some nice salmon for tonight. Any suggestions on the best way to prepare it??

The 2nd place guy dropped 8 freaking pounds this week! 8 freaking pounds after 12 weeks of dieting!!!

I told you to take senna tea. obviously he reads TD and decided to do that

Damnit, I really, really hoping to see 250 today. I've been doing everything right.. it's not far away. I've got momentum at my back again and I feel like nothing can stop me. I'm going to hang out with some friends tonight but I'm bringing all of my own food and not drinking. I'm so close to my first goal, I can practically taste it. My resolve hasn't been this strong since I started.

Eta

Should be noted that I have not been working out, however, and I'm back to a keto diet.

The waste factory actually has been stalled for 6 days so I did take a little something but it didn't kick in until after lunch.

I don't think he would do this BUT... 8 is a crazy number. He isn't small but losing 8 in week 12 to get to 204 is very hard.

Went somewhat overboard in celebrating the victory and brought home the left over BBQ.

Diet restarts on Monday.

Congrats dude. I know how hard it is when everyone else is drinking.

Oh yeah and I killed the whole 30 last night after like 18 days. I wanted a burger with cheese and bread. I feel fine. I even lost a pound. Honestly it's a good diet but I think restricting yourself too much can really backfire. Also, I felt good throughout but I don't think it's the magic cure people on that site say it is.

Bloated and in a food induced coma after all the celebratory chowing down yesterday and today.

Made the mistake of bringing home the leftover BBQ from work.

Time to restore some normalcy Saturday and Sunday.

Back to my coma....
