Hulk how much cardio do you do a week or is it mainly diet at this point?

I don't do much cardio. I walk for about 45 minutes to an hour 2-3 times a week.

Still there, but that's not bad given that's basically the weekend effect (unless I somehow gain another lb tomorrow). Went out to eat Fri for my roommate's bday and our buddy came in town. Crap ton of crawfish and beer Saturday and some stuffed bell peppers late night, basically nothing but water Sunday. Back on track today, had a Sprite Zero, some chicken salad and celery, and some grilled bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin (f'n great) and asparagus. Got some squash/zucchini for grillin tomorrow and some eggplant/tomato/mozz for eggplant tina or something like that. Wouldn't mind getting to Friday without having to go to the grocery store either.

Getting in this thread better late then never, Went to dr yesterday said my blood pressure and weight were bad for mid twenties. Must likely wasn't the best day to get blood work done after paddies weekend. I am at 226 I want to get around 185 but would be happy with under 200.

I am starting couch to 5k. lets get this bitch going.

How low? You need to be under 20 to drop into ketosis.

Are you sure you are counting them correctly?

What is your daily calorie count?

Let me rejoin this thread since I didn't do shite last time .

Currently 230. Gained a ton of weight in the last 10 months.

Need to get back down to 185.

Ideal Protein started yesterday.

Only option is to cut calories a little lower.

2k is far to high. Should always be around 1600 unless you are super active.

Heck I'm at 1500 or less most days.
