I rounded off to 90. The competition actually ends on 84 so day 82 I'll eat a box of exlax.

Got something for you Bench!

Well there should be a 2-5 pound difference between a morning weigh in and evening. Depending on when you ate, etc....

Then digital scales are another issue since they are not accurate all the time either. I know mine isn't after putting a 5lb weight on it and seeing it register 4.4lbs

I haven't looked at this thread in detail, but I'm guessing the first number is original weight, second is current weight, and last number is the goal?

If so, 215/210/195

I've turned a decent amount of fat into muscle but haven't really lost any weight. I may eventually make the goal a little lower but I think 195 is realistic.

just went to Sams and loaded up on tilapia, chicken and shrimp.Gonna eat mushrooms, green beans and squash as my sides for the next couple weeks...gonna start eating eggs with turkey sauage in the mornings, throwing in some whole grain waffles to mix it up a couple times a week.

I will be very disappointed if I don't hit 265 after the next 2 weeks, gonna exercise a few times just to help out with the goal

I can't find any sugar free sausage anywhere. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and make m own. Italian sausage is actually pretty easy to make. I just bought some ground pork and added a few seasonings, the only thing I didn't have was the fennel which I know gives sausage a lot of it's flavor but it's close enough.

This whole30 is pretty restrictive but it has really opened me up more to using fresh vegetables and stuff. Oven roasted broccoli and brussels sprouts beat the pants off of the microwavable steamer packs. Seriously I don't think I can go back now. The taste is so much better.

At this rate I'll be back to about 265-270 on the one year anniversary of my diet on April 15th. I'm happy with that.

It really is very very very hard to lose weight and drink anything.

I couldn't do it. Alcohol makes me hungry and of course I wouldn't have achieved 300+ pounds if I made good choices. Alcohol destroys what little willpower I had.

It can be done but it is certainly adding difficulty to an already difficult task.

Had Albasha yesterday. My sister was in town from Austin so she took me and my younger brother out to lunch. Albasha always sends my weight up for a day or two, their food must be loaded with sodium.

eta

I bought beer for my sister and her boyfriend to try out, but now I have beer left in my fridge I need to get rid of it. And by that I actually don't mean drink it . I need to find a friend to take this off of my hands or I'm going to wind up drinking a beer or two every day again until it's all gone

Hello.

Didn't see where else to post, so I thought I might try here.

I was in car wreck 2 months ago. Broke 2 bones in arm, knees are somewhat numb (to touch), and my foot still hurts from being crushed underneath dashboard. Nothing broken except arm.

Any ideas for cardio that doesn't involve my feet or hands? Lol I wanted to start training for a 5k in August I signed up for...assuming I will be ok then, but looks like I still need to wait. :-/

Sorry to hear that, man. Glad you are alive.
I know it still involves feet and hands but swimming or biking are about the two easiest forms of cardio, imo.
