Good luck dude. Just remember the first few days are the toughest. Induction flu is no joke

That's why I'm doing it when I have literally nothing to do. If I feel like shite I'll just continue to do what I'm doing otherwise, lay around and watch tv, read, or hassle folks about job opportunities. Weekends will be tough (but this is the point) as I love to get shitfaced and so do my friends.

Pro tip: most liquors have no carbs. The caveat is that your body will burn alcohol before fat or carbs... So it will stall you. And I don't know about you, but when I am drunk I eat like shite

Same here.

And if I make it through the drunken night without eating bad, the hangover the next day will get me every time.

The eating like shite is a marginal knock-on effect for me, I think a standard Friday night of ~10 Rodeo Clowns @ ~300 calories a piece pretty much blows up an entire week of half decent/good eating. That's literally like adding a day and a half of caloric intake for me. I do intend to go back to drinking more liquor and less beer though, the most accessible bar to my house is an ice house and they only serve (a nice variety) of beer, so that's definitely taken its effect over the past few months as well.

The weekend was to much fun. I now have 7 weeks to get my act together. No more drinking until then. A few short runs during the week and a 20 miler this weekend. I think by the weekend I will be back to around 195.

Today is the 2nd anniversary since I started dieting. Going on my third year. I am going to make this the last year I'm "dieting" and I will get to my goal size and maintain.

I'm intending to kind of follow the general plan of 2 weeks or whatever, but in keeping with a tight budget and trying to improve my life in some way while I'm just chilling at home, I'm going to limit myself to finishing this bottle of Chianti (its already opened) and then try and not buy any more alcohol and more importantly, not get drunk on the weekends. My intent is to maintain that at least until I find my next job or until I get down to the 160s. We'll see how that goes, I'll prob slip up somewhere along the way.

182/178/150

Had half a fritatta with bacon, onions, cheese and 6 six eggs. I ate half because my roommate/roommate's gf dog literally snatched the other half out of the cast iron skillet on top of the stove and licked the thing clean.

sorry to hear that kfizzle don't get discouraged.

218/193/210

My original weight loss goal was 180 and got down to 189, but on a workout routine now to build muscle. Still need to lose a little belly fat.
