Didn't weigh in this morning but I figured if I post in here today then I may not go crazy during the game.

Good luck but don't sweat a holiday/vacation gain. Just make sure you get back to work the SECOND you get home.

Being laid up sick all weekend has its advantages.

I actually avoided most of the bad yesterday. No beer and only snacked on baked corn chips and homemade salsa. Had a 6 oz steak and spinich for dinner. Still up a little but not terrible.

I did NOT avoid the bad yesterday. Waaaay too much booze, waaaaay too much bad food. Food made me sick, in fact. Thankfully the damage, so far, isn't too bad.

Got that party out of my system, now I need to go full-on diet/hermit mode.

Temptations never end. Impromptu fish fry and sausage festival at work today. I stayed away from the fish but the sausage got me.

Jalapenos & cheese deer sausage
Italian PepperJack sausage
Green onion sausage

I walked away hungry so I didn't do too much damage.

Calories are fine but the sodium will possibly hit me tomorrow.
