Thanks for the good lucks.

255/194.6/190

I'm a little worried about the weight I'm dropping this week. On 1-12-13 I was at 198.5, which is almost 4 lbs in a week. Normally I wouldnt be worried, but I think it's to much with the race. What do yall think?

Think you're too concerned about it. Just get out there and run

323/189.1/175 Re-fattening Peak - 206
Contest Starting Weight {office scale} - 200.2
Current Weight {office scale} - 191.6
Current Competition Loss - 8.6
Day 17 of 90
Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1675

I ate a little more than I wanted to. The scale shouldn't go up on 1675 calories but it did. 2 days into contest week 3 and I am up.

Plus I am going out to dinner tonight.

I have to quit buying my co worker the big bags of mini snickers. At least she eats the whole bag in two days so I don't eat too many, but working by myself today that's all I've had to eat.

She's only 115lbs so if I get her a little fat it's ok.

I'm powerless over snickers. If you put 1000 on my desk, I would eat until I exploded.

I found out I'm the same way when it comes to the bite size snickers. I bought the bag yesterday and it's half gone, so she should finish it off on Monday.

Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1200

Solid day yesterday. Didn't touch a single chip at Casa Garcia and only ate the chicken, onions and avocado on the numero uno.

I wanted to hit those chips and bean dip and I wanted to hit them good, but I kept my hand away. I think I left the damn restaurant as hungry as when I went in.

I'm hoping I haven't been in ketosis with all of the fruit I've been eating the first couple of weeks of the competition.

Now that I am going to go full bore into Atkins, I'm hoping I get a little easy water weight to drop this week. I need to drop at least 2.5 this week to keep up with the leaders in the contest.

Started following this thread for a few weeks. Thought I would jump in. Last part of 2012 wasn't feeling very healthy and I started diet Jan 2. Has mostly been calorie discipline and not much exercise.
