I haven't really drank any craft brews, usually just stick to horse piss(bud light etc) bc it's so cheap. I do enjoy Abita amber though, awesome beer

10 mile wilderness run complete. They had a few hills, that I thought I may have trouble keeping pace on. I am pleased with the run @ 8:25 ave. pace per mile.

Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1350
Picking up the donuts yesterday was rough. The smell of the hot glazed donuts in my car just about cracked me.
Thankfully the office crew mowed them down by 9am so they weren't able to tempt me for long.

Is this where we all come to talk about trying to lose weight?
I weighed 253 on New Year's Day, the heaviest I've ever weighed. I decided to cut back big time. Quit drinking cokes, cut calories, eat healthy, run more, and workout again.
Here we are day 6 and I'm still with it. As of Friday I was down 5 pounds!

Yesterday was eat everything in sight day, but today really starts my week for diet and workouts, this has been a good schedule for me ( sun- fri) I have given up beer for 90 days and am on day 9.

Has anyone taken a look at the 8 hour diet?
It kind of has the cadfest built in. 16 hour fast everyday.
I'm going to see how it goes for a month.

I like the 8 hr diet and sometimes I'll just do breakfast and lunch. (4 hr diet? ). Not bad once you get through the first few days.
