Didn't go too crazy with the peas and rice but still ate too much.

177/164/160, all in eight days. That bout with the flu got my diet off to a great start

Nothing like a nice stomach virus to cause a nice drop on the scale.

If your interested in seeing where you were last year go to page 338 of this thread.
Then 170/155/147
Now 170/154/145

eta: page 52 is 2011. I was lurking and near 170.

Nice find Bench, I was 3 mos into my diet/workouts and my weight was 199. Damn,I'm just 1 pound under that now. My low for last yr was 178 so I'm currently 20lbs over my low

That is still better than me. I'm 35(yikes!) pounds over my low.

The results are in and I went with some salad, baked chicken and grilled sausage for lunch. Small thigh and just a few slices of sausage so not too bad.

I was going to skip lunch, but the lady in charge of the office biggest loser comp wasn't here today so I don't know when the comp starts. I don't want to lose anything before the official weigh-in. I want those easy water pounds to still be hanging around for the first weigh-in.

I've been following this thread for awhile and even posted in it a few times. I told myself I was going to jump in for the new year, so here I am.

I got up to 426 lbs around August '03. In 2005, I got down to about 235 and have been fluctuating between 235-270 since. The last few months have been hectic and I'm now settled in at 286 after I went on a food/booze tear over the holidays.

I do a lot of home cooking of healthy foods, so I plan on posting some pics and recipes as I go along. I follow a adaptation of a paleo type diet except ill eat a baked potato or some wheat pasta every once in awhile.

Jogged 2 miles today, had 2 eggs for brunch and a chicken breast and 1/2 a potato for dinner. 2 hard boiled eggs for a snack.

So, here I am. Looking forward to getting back into good shape and plan to run the CCC in about an hour
