This plateau is testing my patience

Going back to eating salmon at night and 86ing my post work out smoothie (which I generally use a meal replacement)

I'm convinced my body is just absorbing all of those calories

You know I'm blaming my bad Saturdays on Auburn but the truth is I'm numb to it now. I think food is dulling the pain though. I'm not looking at the scale until Monday.

I feel better and I think the measurements are starting to go down. The weight on the scale seems stuck though

11 out of 15 days on The Bike. I'm up to 47 minutes. My legs are wobbly this morning.

The No Cheat Weekend, blew up and it blew up good. The mouth is still in control.

I was able to re-take control Sunday. This week is going to be tough. On top of the normal Wednesday temptations, I also have 2 lunch & learns.

Oh, we are having an office Halloween party with cake and goodies Wednesday afternoon. At least I am off this Friday so I won't have to deal with DONUT Day.

FOR GODS SAKE EVERYONE PULL THEMSELVES TOGETHER. 26 posts until 10,000 in this thread and at this rate that's how much weight we've collectively gained back

3 good days in a row. 12 out 16 days on the bike. I just need to string SEVERAL days in a row to get some momentum in the right direction.

Tomorrow will be a test of my willpower!!!

On top of normal temptations. I do have a giant bag of snickers, milky way etc. eyballing me.
