Okay guys. After I eat my last meal tonight - roughly around 4 AM, I will begin a CADfast. It's going to be tough since I'm working 12 hour shifts before, but I'll just not bring any food to work and hide my almonds. I need to get re-disciplined. Not bringing any food to work means I'll be forced to not eat, unlike last time I tried a CADfast and was at home.

if you hide your almonds, you'll know where they are though

CADfast = 24 hr fast. Example: Eat supper at 6 pm and don't eat again until 6:00 pm the next day. The first time is the hardest because you really feel it by 20 hrs. Usually good for a slight drop or a nonplateu bust depending on the after-gorge.

I do this a lot, not to deliberately fast, but I never eat breakfast and often don't have a chance to eat lunch or just forget. So I end up eating one meal a day. Like anything else, you get used to it.

2 Cadfasts in a row have drained an insane amount of water out of me. I want to Cadfast through Friday.

Today will be a battle. It is Free Lunch Day! Probably either meatballs or hamburger steak.

Hope I can keep the momentum moving in the right direction.

Welp I decided to make breakfast this morning and in the process I set a plastic cutting board on fire by turning on the wrong eye of the stove. My house smells horrible now.

So I'm taking this as a sign I shouldn't eat breakfast.

Wow, thanks. Less than 9 years to get here. I guess this is what Brees felt like last week.

Eggplant parmigiana got me! Oh well, only 2nd time since I have been here that they had the eggplant.

I'll just have to hit the bike even harder tonight.

Go ahead and berate me LE. I don't care. It was worth it.

Whoops! Went back for 2nds.

Well, just finished ride 4 in 4 days. My legs are on permanent wobble.

I decided that Sunday I will recommit to a healthier lifestyle. Works killing me with the 12 hour days but even on 10 hours I still feel so tired. When I was exercising and eating healthy I did not have this problem. I wanted to run the full LA marathon, but since it's been over a month since my last run I'm going to go with the half. The only cheat in the near future will be the bama game. I celebrate another birthday that weekend and will be cooking a pig in the ole Cajun microwave.

Myth you are wrong.
LE does not berate, belittle or condescend. He bestows knowledge and experience.
(He admits to trolling. And he hasn't gained a single pound in 2 years)
Plus he has a 146,000 post advantage = wisdom
