I'm doing a Cadfast today. I did good yesterday. My mind has pretty much gotten back to where it needs to be to do this. Plus the timing is really good, my class is almost over and I'm mostly obligation free for the rest of the year.
Big drop from yesterday, not sure what caused it but I'm not complaining. I'm about ten pounds from my low a couple of months ago. Maybe since I ate bad so long I will lose a lot really quick like I did when I started back in April.

CADfast = 24 hr fast. Example: Eat supper at 6 pm and don't eat again until 6:00 pm the next day. The first time is the hardest because you really feel it by 20 hrs. Usually good for a slight drop or a nonplateu bust depending on the after-gorge.
So the cadfast backfired a bit. I ate everything............ I usually don't eat any more than normal after fasting. I still stated within daily calories though. I also fought the urge to go to mcdonalds after class tonight. Seriously that has been a major problem. I drive by practically every major fast food chain on my way home.
