Walmart.

ETA: Maybe I'm wrong. I bought a low carb wrap at Walmart that starts with "La." That's all I got.

I'll be fine!! It was the first time I saw my brother since about May.. he goes back home in Opelousas when LSU goes on summer break. I let him choose where we would go eat, he wanted DeAngelo's.. Back on it already.

Okay I'm back in this tomorrow. I've gained quite a bit of weight, probably water weight but still.... I'm certainly going in the wrong direction.

took on too much water and I'm currently using the bilge.
With Fat season approaching, I need to make a push to a new low.

Yeah, I've put on about 16 pounds from my all time low since I started the diet. I think it mostly has come from a complete and utter lack of self control and also from being waaaay too busy. I've started taking a class in the evenings three nights a week. Add that to church one night, and doing my side gig cutting grass the other free night, I have no time during the week.

I was the one doing most of the cooking also so we've really relied on eating out here lately which is the worst. I'm making my wife start cooking whether she likes it or not because I've got to right the ship.

I need a good October.

I skipped the Shrimp & Roast Beef poboys yesterday. I need to get back to no cheat weekends. Weekends have been killing me lately.

9 pounds down, 21 to go. Stomach issues may have contributed, hope its not just temporary dehydration.

Back into the 250s.. I'm sure I'll see the 260s again this weekend, as I have a return-of-a-friend party friday night, then a friend's suprised bday party saturday night... After this weekend I should be good again.

don't think that way man....see if you can limit yourself. You'll feel f'n amazing if you stay the same or lose on a weekend like this. Don't let events decide your weight fate

What's the worse that can happen? Your friends make fun of you for not drinking more/getting fatter?

I've been at this for over a year and a half.. I'm going to enjoy myself when the opportunity arises. You can't live life always restrained and limited.. especially when you're 23. Gotta get it while you can! I will deal with the consequences and carry on. Thanks for the concern, though

You are right brutha. You gotta live. My wife gets on me for being "addicted" to losing the weight and not living enough, but I guess I want to stay focused while I'm droppin' the pounds!

I don't even recognize the posters in this thread any more. It's become page after page of excuses

Not really. I just don't kill myself with being super worried about a cheat once a week or so. My low is 258 and I woke up this morning at 259. I think I'm doing just fine.

Yesterday was pretty good. Easing back in. Forgot to weigh this morning. My energy level is nonexistant. I think it has a lot to do with me not running or lifting anymore, I just can't find the time. I'd either have to get by on five hours of sleep a night or not be ready for class.
