Ok so fess up...

I am a Loonnnngggg time tiger fan... Back to the mid 60's for the record.

I have booed LSU many times over my tenure as a fan. I have always considered as much a part of fan feed back as cheerring, crowd noise to mess with other team, ect...

One thing I personally have never done and would never condone would be to boo players when they are making a good faith effort. The problem here is that when fans are booing, those on the field ultimately do not know specifically what the fans are booing.

Overall I think the overwhelming majority of the booing is directed to the coach.

So who else here boos your favorite team and why?!!?

I don't think anyone is booing Jefferson directly. They are booing Les Miles and Gary Crowton. It's time to make a change.

I've booed officiating calls and non calls, but I don't think I've never booed a player. Maybe I booed a decision one time or another, but it doesn't stick out in my mind. I don't think booing helps anything. It might be argued that it only fuels coaches like Les' desire to stay the course.

Under the circumstances you may be correct. Certainly booing is an instant feedback type of thing that the players and coaches recognize. I think its interesting that Miles is spinning this as the "players" getting booed when I think its mostly him that it is directed towards.

You either weren't at the game, or a fool.

if you are booing a coach for playing a player you feel should not be in the game. you are booing that player.

ignorance is bliss.

"forgive them for they know not what they do."

look it up.

Les knows why they were booing, and while I'm not a fan of the boo bug, he gets it.

Another really interesting issue is this, many people complain that we are 4 and 0 so what is there to boo about.

We as fans know that if the offense continues to produce at this level we will lose 3 or 4 games down the road and THAT my friend is the issue.

I booed like a ghost on halloween!!! Every time they run option, I AM BOOing! Any time after half when our starting QB sucks as much as ours has and the backup hasnt even gotten a series, I AM BOOing!

Every boo coming from me is directed straight at that fool on the sideline wearing the jacket on a 95F night!

Following that terrible throw to Toliver that bounced 10 yards in front of him, the boos were directed solely at Jefferson.

I didn't boo at any point in the game......but I sure the hell cheered when JL went to the huddle on the sideline and when he actually went in the game.

I'm booing the players, their the ones not making the plays and everyone that says their booing the coach is kidding themselves.

You might say your booing the coach, but when the player is not preforming its really the player your booing.

I do blame Miles for the players getting booed because he's not making the player personel changes when their needed.

I booed a little inside, but wouldn't let it come out.

No doubt some boos were directed at the play calling, but thinking no boos were directed at a certain player is a serious case of both denial and CYA.imo
