Saw that but I have two Xboxes and just putting the update on one so I can still use party chat and check out the new dashboard

You can download themes in the marketplace. Some are free and some cost points. I have a free Black Ops one and a free Halo Reach one right now.

How do you switch what image shows up in your background.
