Is Patterson's still open (by Tickfaw State Park)? Used them in the past, and it was pretty good.

Benoit's is the best I have ever had. I bring my first deer of the season to them.

+1 And they are great people. Also had some made at Bergeron's last season (Green Onion and Pepperjack Cheese) and it was excellent as well.

I began making my own sausage at my farm a few years back. Out of curiosity what is the going rate for deer sausage these days?
