It seemed to me that there were a lot fewer seats for visiting fans in the SE endzone Saturday than in years past.

I'm happy to see that LSU finally moved more of the opposing fans to the upper decks.

I hope so. I hate seeing half of the bottom section of the SEZ filled with visitors.

Mississippi St. has a pretty horrible traveling fanbase and so this might have been because they didn't sell all of their tickets.

I think we'll know for sure during the Tenn game.

That was my guess.

LSU has to give a certain percentage of visitor seats in the lower bowl. SEC, maybe even a NCAA rule.

Am sure the number of seats in the lower SE endzone is the same as in past years. Just maybe didn't look that way with Mississippi State.

LSU has to allocate a certain number of seats to visitors, but I don't think that there is a requirement for how many have to be in the lower bowl.

I know from experience that UGA, UF, and Bama don't give visitors as many seats in the lower bowl as LSU does.

weve cut it down for sure....there were MSU fans in the upper decks. Glad they finally decided to give the middle finger to the other sec teams since all our fans get stuck in the upper decks at other team's venues.

i think it is pretty low class what SEC schools like florida started doing years ago by putting most of the visitor seats up in the nose bleeds.

i've always been proud as a tiger fan that we had a fair number of visitor seats in the south end zone. think it shows class that programs like florida don't have.

Screw that. I don't want visiting fans having any impact on the game. Stick them all in the nosebleed seats for all I care.

They did cut seats in the South EZ for visitors. This was confirmed by the LSU Ticket Office.
