Came up a new game snack - Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas

A few weeks ago I baked a chicken and overcooked it so it was a little dry. Looked around the kitchen and had some wing sauce so I de-boned the chicken, made up the wing sauce, mixed the two together, topped with cheese and baked it as a casserole (topped with ranch or blue cheese dressing) and it was pretty tasty. I made it again this week, realized I had some flour tortillas so shredded the chicken, topped with cheese and made quesadillas which were then drizzled with ranch or blue cheese dressing. They were awesome and a big hit with everyone I had over watching the game. Had some left over and tried it on nachos and that was also a good combo.
Just thought I would share as it is easy and really good.
