yeah, SEC teams and LSU never struggle with WAC teams or lower.

(Ole miss vs. Jax state)
(LSU vs. LT)
(ULM vs. Alabama)

The teams above weren't claiming to be NC contenders during the years this happened either.
With that said, I didn't see any team this week that struck me as being dominant in the NCAA.

Do you have any material that suggests that if they played thrice that schedule that their record would be significantly worse?

No, but you're an idiot if you think they can play and win games like last night on a weekly basis... Do you think Va tech will be a top 20 team (if even ranked at all) by the end of the season? They squeaked by a "top 10 team" because of bullshite PRESEASON PILLS

how about the fact that they wear down through a WAC schedule?

"fact"?

Just because they play close games doesn't really mean they are worn down, and it sure as hell isn't a fact. Every team "wears down" throughout the season - its not like this happens exclusively to Boise or more so than others.

hey if you want to say BSU is the quality of Ole Miss 2010, LSU 2009, and Bama 2007, be my guest

that's a 5-6 loss team in the SEC

2009 Texas Christian (12-1) W
2010 Virginia Tech (0-1) W

Just for comparison, over that same time period Ohio State is 33-8 against BCS teams for a .805 win pct, so not far off, and playing almost 6 times more BCS opponents.

2006: 10-1
2007: 8-2
2008: 7-3
2009: 8-2

USC is 42-9 (.824, 7.3x more games)

2006: 11-2
2007: 10-2
2008: 12-1
2009: 9-4

Florida is 37-7 (.840, 6.3x more games)
2006:10-1
2007:6-4
2008:11-1
2009:10-1

How many teams have more victories over 10-win BCS schools in the past five seasons?

Ohio State had 4 last season alone. I'll have to check other years.

You're an idiot if you think you know that they can't.

Of course I do. They almost beat Boise State. Clearly they're a top-15 team.

How I see it is supporting Boise St with their weak arse schedule is akin to affirmative action in football.

You know what I'd like?

I'd like to see Boise play an epic game against a highly talented BCS opponent and then see how they would play in the following few weeks against top 25 teams

shite - imagine them being LSU or Auburn in one of their slugfests from the last decade... and then having to go on the road to Florida, Alabama, UGA etc

They'll be every bit as competitive in the BCSCG as Ohio State and Oklahoma have been.

Boise was as good a team as LSU last year. The only two SEC teams better than Boise last season were Bama and UF. Don't confuse talent with quality.
