He has really developed as a QB. He is not a heisman canidate or anything, but he looks so much better than he did a few years back while in BR. Just wish JJ could do the same. Here's to hoping he does.

Show me a single statistical measure where Tyrod is better.

I never compared Taylor to JJ. Just said he has come a long way in his college career. And if we are comparing the two, Taylor makes good reads, does not stare down receivers, and he looks much more comfortable in the pocket.

JJ's "stats" are not the problem. There is more to the issue than the numbers he puts up.

He's still overrated a tad. And that was three years ago this month..you only get to play four as collegiate.

At this pace of progress, he's gonna be a solid CFL'er in 2016.

What game are you watching? If you turn to ESPN, VT is playing Boise state and you will see Tyrod running for his life 2 seconds after every snap

Noises slime I dominating. Only way va tech has scored has been off of plays made by TT throwing the ball.

He's good. He would be starting over JJ.

TT's reading one WR and then tucking to run is so quick, he makes JJ look like he progresses through all of his WRs before running.
