It is early and only the first game of the season.
The coaching staff will get the problems worked out this week.
We will be fine going into Vandy this week-end.
I did not like the way the game ended Saturday night but we were playing a ranked BCS team
NC was not a rent-a-win like Florida,Georgia, Alabama, and Ole Miss played.
Ole Miss

If only I had not heard for the last three years that the problems would be worked out. Im tired of hearing things but seeing no results.

i don't like the way the fourth qtr played out but i do like the fact that LSU showed signs of improvement from last year. against washington we flat out could not run the ball. charles scott had 55 or so yrds rusing against a horrible washington defense. ridley had 81 yrds against a front 7 that is very talented. even without their starters on the defensive line, unc has talent. i looked today and was suprised to see that 2 of their lineman were 4 star players out of hs, one was a 5 star and the other was a 3. they also have the best set of linebackers in the country. butch davis can flat out coach defense tooo. granted, ridley has got to stop turning the ball over, but if he was able to run agaisnt that front 7 i think he will successful this year. jj made some nice throws, but he made some bone headed ones too. on the other hand, he doesn't have to be brett farve. the defense was in carolina's backfield most of the night, and carolina didn't suffer any losses on the offensive line. patrick petersone was flat out special, no question. this time last year i had huge concerns about pass protection and run blocking. i don't feel the same way this year.
