Or maybe just a first game jinx like Gonzo had in the Cap. One Bowl, we couldn't catch shite.

How about Benching that RB. He wasn't executing amd THAT IS A LACK OF DISCIPLINE ON HIS PART. One of our past coaches would surely have sat his sorry arse. Saw him do it to Joe Addai.

Murph's was not a fumble.

Ridley definitely should be benched.

His last fumble was inexcusable.

Should make him carry that damn ball all week around campus so he can be told by his fellow classmates to hold on to the ball!!!!

He fumbled at the UNC 12 in the third quarter costing us a TD or shot at a FG.

yes he did fumble on the 12 and that was a huge turning point b/c we could have put them away. at that point we were dominating and he was clearly our most effective runner. that is why he did not come out at that point.

You bench him b/c it was inexcusable. You play ford who is stronger and faster.
Murph did NOT fumble that ball. It was in his arms when he hit the ground.

i'm not saying it's what i would have done, but that is why our coaches kept him in the game. i like your fiery attitude.

i really like ford, but as of now he has proven nothing. i expect him to be a big reason we are a player in the west this year though.

murph may not have fumbled, but he surely did not run the ball with authority. he did not get a lot of carries, but ridley looked like the guy that was going to carry the load. he would have had a 100 yard game if his td counted.

Did ya ever notice how it's nigh impossible to prove yourself when not given a chance to. Yeah, thought so.

He didn't get ANY carries. That is what I didn't like. Plus, those pass plays that he was so effective on in 2008, they have given them to RS. I think you put both of them in the game and give JJ 2 options with 2 very fast guys 1:1 with the opponents LB's.

Yep. Blame it on wet surface. so did RR on the last play of the game, but it wouldn't have mettered anyway as time expired.

The new RB coach was brought in strictly to recruit. His tie ins to NOLA is why he got the job. In that regard, he's doing a great job.
