You cant help but notice many on here are ready to write off this season.I will gladly take any tickets you don't want. I know many people who still love LSU football and would be very happy to sit in your seats you don't intend to use.

The fans who bitch about games like last night generally tend to be the fans who don't own LSU season tickets.

The ones who are mad are the ones who have a clue. If you can't see the problems going on then you have to be a dumb mother hopper.

Don't worry soon enough you will be able to get tickets. Hang in there. This coaching staff is gonna take care of your ticket problem.

What are the problems that caused the loss last night?

On the contrary, the Mississippi St., ULM, McNeese, and Ole Miss games just got a whole heck of a lot better than they appeared when I first received my packet.

I fully expect the Miss. St. game to be one of our finer moments of the year!

I have them, and I'm not satisfied with the state of the program. I go out there to support LSU, not the coaching and abysmal playcalling.

Alejandro, I'm convinced at this point that you're just a douchebag troll. Defending Lane Kiffin earlier and calling him a top 3 coach in the NCAA and now coming on here to spew your bullshite about how you're a positiger.

That's not the point. Gray is saying that we won the game so everything is okay. Totally ignoring the fact that NC was within one caught pass of winning the game while missing their entire secondary, a decimated D-line, and some wide receivers and running backs.

Guys like you are too shortsighted to comprehend how bad for this team it would have been to beat UNC 44-17.

Do you realize how arrogant these young kids on our team would have gotten? Have you ever been around or worked with kids this talented of this age? This team is VERY immature and has no real leader like a Flynn or a Hester. So we are especially susceptible to big heads and taking lesser opponents lightly.

I am adamant that this was a PERFECT outcome. Mississippi State is a defining game in our season - they are damn good and they are absolutely determined to beat us. They would have come in and clipped us - I guarantee you - if we had rolled over UNC on national TV and our 18 year old players gotten huge egos.

Our kids will be humbled by this, yet stay hungry and focused b/c we survived with the win.

You can parse it any way you want to but there is absolutely NO excuse for that game going to the wire with the Heels having a chance to pull it out on the last play of the game. You can't put lipstick on a pig. And you just end up looking ridiculous like Gray Tiger here the more you keep ignoring the white elephant in the room.

Serious question, trying to get an objective answer-

How many starters were out for LSU, including Blackwell who went down early?

Not trying to flame or argue, but Carolina knew what they had for at least a week, and it's not like they left the spots empty on the field. The gametime starters practiced with the 1st team all week. We saw the lack of depth kill them on special teams, but for the most part they played well. And we have no idea how good or bad these backups were, as the suspended starters supposedly would have started over OUR current starters for the most part.

Anyway- how many were we out? TE, LB, RG- anyone else?

According to one report I read, LSU had 4 projected starters out and NC had eight projected starters out.

Would you just stop and think about what he just said. A perfect example is last nights game when we looked as if we were going to blow them out and we came out flat and cocky. When the defense was playing with fire the first half we were pressuring the QB and blanketing their receivers. When they got complacent and the coaches started subbing in the 2nd string, UNC started lighting us up. I agree with Alejandro completely
