Better 1st round pick a QB or Running Back?

Every year I go for the top running and get screwed. Here are my league rules:
Passing Every 25 passing yards (PY25) 1 TD Pass (PTD) 6
Interceptions Thrown (INT) -2 2pt Passing Conversion (2PC) 2
300-399 yard passing game (P300) 1 400+ yard passing game (P400) 2
Rushing Every 10 rushing yards (RY10) 1 TD Rush (RTD) 6
2pt Rushing Conversion (2PR) 2 100-199 yard rushing game (RY100) 1
200+ yard rushing game (RY200) 2
What is the better option?

those are pretty standard non ppr scoring rules, you should still go RB... WR is ok too if you draft late in the first round.

Ive got the second pick and always wait for QB then get burnt by the Drew Bree and Manning
