This is a possibility. Nothing would make me happier than getting him more involved.

im hopin they really try to find as many ways to get him involved as possible....an x factor opens up other avenues offensively...

I think Les Miles has been blowing smoke up are butts... He will say after game that he would have liked to get Sheppard the ball more but oppurtunities didnt come

Jk

But i actually dont think he will for some reason... just a hunch... Hope he does though

I want to see him on kick returns.

We have a slew of athletes that could be good kick returners, but I think Shepard has the potential to be the best.

But ya, with their 2 starting corners out, our receivers should LIGHT IT UP!!

Not really. If someone lights it up, my money's on Ridley or Murphy. But honestly...I don't really see us putting up any spectacular numbers.

Why is an observation stupid... Its his opinion dude shite..... How is that stupid.. We are not going to light it up on offense.. Wish we would but nobody really expects that against nc

Why? Ridley and Murphy will probably get the ball the most, especially in the first game...running against a depleted UNC defense. Our slot receiver's not gonna see the ball enough. I think it's a fairly educated thought.

You're at least on the right board.

Disagree all you want, but defend it with something intelligent that lends to the conversation... or with something funnier than this.

I'm pretty sure RS will get at least 7-10 touches from the slot, RB or even the QB spot and I hope he bust some long ones. No telling what BG and GC have in mind for that guy but I hope it is like how Florida used Percy Harvin. If UNC indeed has the bulk of their defensive stars out the post that said Murphy and Ridley will light it up may be dead on. LSU may line up and not open the playbook up if we get a good lead on UNC so that West Virginia, Tennessee and Florida don't have a bead on what we are really trying to do this year.

We will watch with anticipation. Honestly...hope LSU gets over its sleepwalk on offense. None of the qbs wearing gold and purple have been mistaken for difference makers yet in the past two yrs. LSU deserves better. RS is one player who should be getting the ball and often imho. If he doesnt get at least 650 yds receiving this yr you'all need to run the OC out of town.

RS played on turf throughout high school...a surface that amplifies his natural abilities. Given the location of the game, there will be a lot of press about him after next weekend.

I agree that we may not show the whole playbook, especially if we establish the run game, although I refuse to engage in last year's "we're saving it for __________" bullshite.

I stopped thinking that during the Hallman years.
