We are probably more fortunate at that position than any team in the country, with regards to experience.

2 guys.

Both are battle tested.

Both have improved over the offseason

Both are ready to lead this team.

Both are proud to play for LSU.

JJ is the man right now. He will probably be the man until he gets hurt.

If he does, what a great thing to have backing you up. . .but the most experienced back-up QB in the entire SEC.

The vitriol some of you spew to these guys in the name of "defending your guy" is just embarrassing.

We have 2 QB's.

Both could be elsewhere.

They chose LSU.

They wanted LSU.

They put on the Purple and Gold uniform on Saturday Nights in Tiger Stadium.

They play until their hearts, and sometimes flesh, are black and blue.

I support them for playing for LSU.

I love them for being Tigers.

And I hate any of you who degrade them for no other reason than contrived divisiveness.

You know who I am talking to. . .

. . .and frick you.

They still are not far along like two third year QBs should be at this level, I pray you are right, but....

I think they have come far along.

If we get decent OL play, we will win the west.

Saying that right now, with what we've seen... you are full of shite. However, I hope their play this season will allow us to say that in the future.

I keep seeing this posted, but they have not played a game yet? I sure hope they have, but you are stating it like it's a fact when it's purely speculation.

QB play last year was exceptional, when compared to OL play.

Troy Aikman would have looked like Aaron Brooks (with the Raiders), behind LSU's line.

How do you know where they are at as of right now?

There are some negative people on this board who bitch just to bitch. It's amazing.

I keep seeing that they haven't improved at all stated as if the season were already over. weird huh?

Every report (from those who attend the scrimmages), all staff reports, and all videos bear it out as fact.

Will it translate to the field? That remains to be seen. . .but they both look lightyears ahead of their Spring Game performances.
