Drop-away arrow rests

I have used whiskerbiscuits and drop aways and I like drop aways more. It all depends on your preference though.

strictly for hunting, i prefer the biscuit.

Love mine. It's the kind made for Mathews with no cable.

i use a whisker biscuit and like it. guaranteed not to clank around if i mess up. it does lose some speed because of it but my bow is plenty fast for me.

I added a pc of camo felt to the drop away and where it hits my handle. Very guiet and will net change the arrow flight at all.

IMO, if youare going to target/comp shoot, use the drop way. If you are goin to hunt priarily, go wt the whiskers

I had the muzzy zero effect on my old bow. I really like the rest but as it got older it seemed to get louder the mor i shot no matter what i did. I switched to the down force on my new bow and the only problem is that the arrow rest it self seems kind of small and some times the arrow falls off, but overall much better than the zero effect. Have never had teh wisker biscut in my bow but have had plenty of friends switch to drop aways because of noise and damage to arrows

I have had both. Pros and cons for both. Speed with a WB is only diminished slight. Shoot both through a chrono and you see it is negligible. I prefer ths simplicity of the WB and a properly tuned bow will have no problems with erratic error flight. I have never had an issue with losing fletching. The only think I did not like with the WB is that you can get soem noise when drawing. It is slight but I can hear it and my ears arent what a deer's are. I put a little string wax on the center and that helped. It is really preference not performance that will make the call for you. Use what you jave confidence in.
