with football season apon us i trying to get my menu for the game. will be cooking the usual staple (jambalaya, gumbo, chicken stew, etc) but i'm always looking for something new. any suggestions from the food board gurus

Bring a grill out there and do fajitas with grilled veggies, steak and chicken. Something different and good.

my podna showed me how to roll with this. homemade salsa on the side. you could feed plenty people, without having to cook all day.

It's quite easy and good. I've grilled the veggies at home to when necessary and brought them over in ziplocs. All dependent on the number of people/size of the grill of course.

Pork Loin Gyros - they are easy, transportable and good. Just season the loin with plenty of oregano and salt and pepper. Cut tomato, red onion and cucumber ahead and bring store bought tzaziki, pitas and feta. Cook the loin on the grill and heat the pitas at the tailgate.
