boycotting the thread because it was posted at 9:11 right? not because sim racing is an extremely niche market and nobody else here plays. don't let the terrorist win!

I've thought about getting in to iRacing before, but the subscription fee and then having to pay for tracks on top of that was really a turn off. If I had the money though it seems like it would be worth it, especially if your a nascar fan because of the leagues actually sanctioned by nascar on there and the fact that there isn't going to be any nascar game made for pc or platforms in the next year. I love sim racing games, but most people on here stick with MW2.

Also, that logitech wheel is ridiculous and I wish I had the money to put down on one of those. I would probably never leave my pc if i had one

driving force gt wheel is only $100 and pretty good. fanatec is coming out with a porsche 911 carrera wheel for around 150 that's supposed to be nice...clutch, 6 speed shifter the driving force doesn't have with better peddles.

should be some nice deals on the logitechs around GT5's release in November.

as for iracing, yeah paying for more cars and tracks is a bit much but they have a buy 1 month get 2 free deal going right now(ends on the 12th) LINK or use the code PR-2FREE. that takes the price sting away a little.
