Help with Ringtone

NOT WANTING AN LSU RINGTONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Trying to download from ATT the reveille ringtone for my DH's phone. It says it is not available for his phone (Rugby II). WTF? I tried to google to get the ringtone and of course it sends me to the websites that wants to charge you $9.99/month for free ringtones. Any idea how I can get it for him?
I'll send pics of him!
