Are people on this board scared for Texas to join the SEC? It seems that way. Texas is nothing to be scared of.

I like them joining alot. They bring three good sports. We can tap into texas even more. Why not?

No....I welcome it...but they dont want to compete with the tough teams in the SEC. They can claim academics all they want, but the fact remains they want all the money and they want to win easily.

I wouldnt care because if they came over A&M would come over which would kick Aubie and bamma to the east and we get vandy. Auburn+Bama is much tougher than A&m + Texas. frick adding Texas and OU though

UT doesn't really gain anything by joining the SEC

SEC teams already face a tough arse schedule in conference anyways, there's a reason so many SEC teams schedule lightweights OOC, because they have to face anywhere from 3-6 or 7 ranked teams in conference already. Adding Texas will just make things THAT much harder for SEC teams. And I don't give a flying frick if it increases TV marketshare, I'm not a fan of TV markets, I'm a fan of UGA. I want what is best for UGA to win a national title, and Texas being in the league doesn't help that chance. It doesn't help ANY team's chance at that.

Wow. Get over yourself. I simply asked why so many people are scared of Texas? Instead of acting like a douche, give a source for your so called info of what Texas is going to do. Texas itself probably doesn't even know what its going to do yet, so how do you?
