The dude is definitely losing it,

it was pretty painful to listen to on the radio, now I'm home and Rollins and Rantz are much better,

Just three of the examples I heard him say:

JH: "the Anteaters last played the Tigers in 3 games in a super regional, I think that was in 2000",

he really couldn't remember that was 2 years ago, BF had to correct him

BF: In the Charlottsville regional St. John's defeated Ole Miss in a wild one 20-16
JH: That regional was in Oxford right Bill?

After the suicide squeeze attempt...
JH: That was just very bad bunt, it only went about 12-15 feet in front of the plate, not very far at all
