learn that dead eye... also, work up the hunting skill so you can get the buffalo gun.
I got it the day after it came out and have been slow playing and I'm only 2/3 done.
and when the challenge is to kill a certain animal with your knife wound it with a pistol shot and it will be easier to cut.

just got the challenge of shooting 3 bears with one shot. Any tips on that?

any high powered rifle should work if you hit them between the eyes, dead eye helps with this as well

that sounds like fun. i'm pretty sure i need to weaken it up with a weak gun first

what i did was shoot it like 5 times with a medium to weak pistol, then lasso it. the lasso stuns him for a sec then i stab him. then i would lasso and stab again. usually took 2-3 times

boars can be found north of McFarlane's Ranch and also between Beecher's Hope and the Trading post in Tall Trees.

i was at 99.9% and had to do one more stranger task. i think it was called Aztec Gold and he was found in Sidewinder Gulch. this gave me a total of 19 strangers and 100%

I had the toughest time finding beavers. Then all of a sudden a pack of 5 of them came out of nowhere and I mowed them down.
