All cable providers blow; same for cell phone service providers. The term service does not apply is either case.

it says it is blacked on on line since it was sold to a local broadcast company.

My espn3 doesn't say blackout and charter sucks. They want run a cable to our neighborhood(too few houses) and still black out the internet

You can forget about catching ESPN 3 anywhere in Louisiana. If you live in an area that can get Cox (and in some cases, even if you don't), you're going to be blacked out.

Im getting ESPN3 in Mandeville, but our ISP is ATT.

ETA: It's blacked out, was looking in the wrong place.
