That place is OK. Good for being in California. But everytime I've been in there the guy doesn't seem too crazy about LSU. I bet he likes LSU this weekend though

You are correct. He's a Ulala fan and doesn't care for the LSU fans.

Exactly. There's GREAT food here from all types of Asian, Mexican (duh), French, Spanish and one of my favorites is a British pub in Santa Monica - The Kings Head Pub. I think we should take that place over and make it our bar for the weekend. The limeys there will love us.

Here's a link to the Kings Head Pub.

The Southern California LSU Alumni Association offical bar is Mr. Pockets in Manhattan Beach during football season but that is a little far from the venue. Big Wangs in Hollywood is run by some LSU alums/fans but the parking there is horrible.

Damn I was at Big Wang's Saturday before last. Great place and good wings. Did not know there was an LSU connection though.

uhhh, I lived out there and have eaten there, unless it's changed ownership, the food WANTS to be CAJUN... it just plain sucked and was terribly overpriced. Stick to what they do best out there, and that's Mexican food.

It is rarely a good idea to eat "cajun food" outside of Louisiana. I have yet to find an exception as a matter of fact.
