Hearing some scuttlebutt that a team we all thought was a LOCK for a top three national seed will come in at No. 5..... also, this team's regional No. 2 seed will surprise the heck out of you.

That is what everyone expects, and he says everyone thought this team was a lock for a top 3. They would fit the description and the geography/TV part would make sense. He is also a Big 12 guy and may have some connections.

We may have a better chance at beating them in a regional format......they probably would save their ace for us, so if we beat them in game 2 (assuming we win game 1) they would have to blow their #2 guy, and we would have 2 chances to beat their #4/#5 guy. Instead of facing their 1,2,3.

Relax. Texas and Rice is too easy and natural. And LSU will not face a national seed in a Regional.
Norman would be fine. A depleted KU team hung with them in their last 4 games. OU won 3 of them in their final at-bat.
