If you keep them on ice and constantly drain the ice chest?

Probably a good 3-4 days.

Use frozen gel packs. Won't have to monitor draining the ice chest. Tony's Seafood ships them incased in gel packs within styrofoam icechests. Flew 300# to SoCal. Took three days because they had a long layover in Oakland. After all that, less than 5# were dead on arrival.
