Yoyu hit the nail on the head. Take em to NOLA, the restuarant. I've done it a bunch. Fine meal in a casual atmosphere...they won't be out of place. Got to take em to the WWII Museum.

yep. Good for a couple of hours. The WWII museum is at least half a day.Be sure and get sugar and carbs at CDM, but go at an odd hour to cut the wait.

Is the Swamp Cruise out to Barataria(sp) still running from the riverfront? Kids might like that if so.

They did mention wanting to ride a riverboat - too hot? Definitely passing on the zoo. Thanks for all the suggestions so far.

Natchez does have AC....you pick up a bit of the breeze too.

Go online and get an Entertainment Book for NOLA...they $15 right now and have 2 for 1 for the Natchez, WWII, and all kinds of tours.

Have...you would make your money pack from the WWII alone....have some Aquarium, Insectarium coupons in there as well....

We took our girls in July last year and spent more time under the misters than looking at the animals
